Here are a selection of our current projects and property holdings:
The sensitive redevelopment of a handsome Victorian house close to High Street Kensington. Built in 1877 with grand proportions, the property had suffered from numerous modern changes prior to our ownership. Under our careful management it will be restored to its former glory and will once more provide a substantial private residence in the heart of London.
We have invested in over 10,000 square feet of commercial property in this landmark example of contemporary urban regeneration. Occupying the site of a former gas works, Imperial Wharf is now a thriving riverside community. The space is fully occupied and achieving an attractive rental yield which supports our other activities.
The Le Flair development is an architecturally bold scheme which has created a thriving community in a previously disused urban area in the heart of the city. Roberts Land has agreed the purchase of a number of residential units which will be leased out on a long term basis to private and corporate clients looking for a base in this key European economic centre.
This new landmark development is situated in the attractive Pempelfort area, near the inner city green oasis of the Hofgarten. The Corner represents urban regeneration at its finest, where exceptional contemporary craftsmanship meets ambitious energy efficient design.
Roberts Land has purchased the majority of the residential units in the scheme which will be leased out on a long term basis to private and corporate clients looking for a base in this key European economic centre.
We have recently secured a 3500 sqm site in the heart of the Derendorf district, Düsseldorf. Currently occupied by a well known telecom provider, the building no longer enhances the community in its current use and aesthetic format.
Roberts Land is seeking to substantially upgrade the building to provide a large number of high quality flats to serve nearby higher education campuses, with a combined 8400 students, as well as local professionals.
This development in the upcoming Flingern suburb of Düsseldorf takes advantage of its strategic location, within minutes to the central train station and well-connected via subway to the city center and the airport.
Roberts Land has acquired over a dozen units and 25 parking lots in this project, among them several flats under an affordable housing scheme.
Pionierstrasse 35 in many ways is a typical Duesseldorf building, constructed in the 1950s with five floors and 11 units. It’s located at the southern tip of the famous Koenigsallee in a residential suburb. Having been in family hands since construction, Roberts Land acquired the property in June 2017 maintaining full occupancy.
